Hi, Mr Dancy had a good day and slept good throughout the night.He was up this morning at 7:30,he had a shower
And later breakfast.We dyed some eggs and Mr Dancy decorated them ,he did a good job.his activities included...
Walking,conversation,a word search puzzle,and watching sports.he had all of his meals and medications and is doing
very well.Ilene Simmons

Hi, Mr Dancy had a nice quite day,he also slept well last night not getting up until this morning around 7:45.we
waited to go out for a walk because it was too cold this morning,it was warmer this afternoon.Mr Dancys activities
for the day are...walking,conversation,we worked a word search puzzle he seems to like that pretty well,and watching sports programs.He had all of his meals and medications and is doing very well.Ilene Simmons

Hi, Mr Dancy rested well last night only getting up once to go to the bathroom,he was up this morning at 7:30 ,
had a good breakfast before going to senior services,we left here at 9:30 and returned to Mr Dancys' home at 4:20.
Mr Dancy had a good supper and later retired to his recliner to watch tv.We were up late watching "war of the
worlds'' and a news program.He had all of his meals and medications and seemed to have a nice day.Ilene Simmons

Hi, Mr Dancy had a nice quite day,he was up most of the night,the last time he was up he wanted to sit in the recliner and watch tv.he was awake at 6:30 this morning so i gave him his shower and later he had breakfast.his
activities for the day are...walking,conversation,watching tv and we played a game of checkers.he slept on and off
today because he didnt get much sleep last night.he had all of his meals and medications and is doing good.Ilene

Hi,I picked Mr Dancy up from senior services at 4:10,we arrived back here at Mr Dancys at 4:35.he ate 100% of
his supper.and is watching tv.he seems to be alert and is doing well.Ilene Simmons
