Hi, Mr Dancys' day started at 7:30 am.After a trip to the bathroom he had a good breakfast.
We went for a walk around 10:30 ,His activities are ..walking,conversation,worked on a puzzle
And Mr Dancy watched some tv.He had a shower this morning and sitz bath and back-rub.
He ate 100% of his meals,took in a lot of fluids and had his medication.Ilene

Hi, Mr Dancys day started at 7:30 this morning,after a trip to the bathroom i prepared his breakfast and medication and we were off to senior services around 9:30 am. I picked him up
this afternoon at 3:57,after arriving back here at Mr Dancys he wanted to go to the bathroom
where he stayed on and off all evening,he had not had a bm tuesday or wednesday.i gave him
some fiber,fruit and prune juice and that gave him relief.He said that he felt better and is now
watching tv.Ilene

Hi, Mr Dancy had a nice quite day,he was up this morning at 7:30,he made a trip to the
bathroom before sitting down to breakfast.We went for a walk early this morning, around 9:30.
His activities for the day are..walking,conversation,we worked on a puzzle and began framing them.also looked at pictures,he had his meals and we went to the dining room for supper.Ilene

study,watched a movie at the model home ''One Night With The King'' and dinner at salem dining room.He had his medications and had a good day.Ilene

Hi, i picked Mr Dancy up at 3:57.we returned to Mr Dancys home at 4:20,he immediately wanted to go to the bathroom,he said he needed to have a bm,i gave him a small glass of prune
juice and he was relieved.He had a good supper and consumed 100% of his meal.he had his
mediacations and has just went to bed.Ilene
