Hi, Mr Dancy was up this morning at 7:30 ,after a shower,sitz bath and back-rub,Mr Dancy was'
Ready for breakfast.We went for a walk later in the morning,after returning i prepared lunch.

The exercises in the alzheimers booklet.It is 6:45 and we have just returned from the dining
Room, Mr Dancy consumed 100% of his meals and had all his medications and is now watching

Hi , Mr Dancys day started at 7:30 am,after a trip to the bathroom ,it was time for breakfast.
We went for a walk later in the morning.Mr Dancy was up once last night to go to the bathroom.
His activities for the day are..walking,we painted a picture,watched some tv and conversation.
He had all of his medications and had a nice day.He also enjoyed his dinner at the dining room.

Hi< I picked Mr Dancy up from senior services at 3:57,later we went to the dining room and
left a little early because Mr Dancy had loose stools,after helping him in the bathroom he sat
down and finished his supper,eating 100% of his meal.He is now watching tv and relaxing.
