' Mr Dancys' Day''

Hi, Mr Dancy had a good day,he was up this morning at 7:30 am, i assisted him with a shower,
back-rub and sitz bath, afterwards it was time for breakfast.we got out early walking this
morning in order to beat the heat.His activities are..walking,conversation,Mr Dancy played on
the key board,colored a picture and worked with the clay, making different shapes,suggested
by ''Melissa Smith'' psychiatry division.He had all of his meals and medications and is doing
very well.Ilene

Hi, Mr Dancys' day started at 7:30 am,after a trip to the bathroom it was time for breakfast.I
Took Mr Dancy to senior services at 930 am and we returned to Mr Dancys home at 4:30 pm.
Today was extreme salad day,i picked his meal up at 5:20 and he enjoyed his supper and
consumed 100% of his meal.He had all of his medications and is geting ready for bed.Ilene

Hi, Mr Dancy had a good day,his day started at 7:30 am,after a trip to the bathroom,breakfast
Was ready.He has been sleeping very well at night usually getting up only once to go to the
bathroom and back to bed. We went for a walk later in the morning ,afterwards it was time for
lunch.his activities for the day are walking.conversation,watching sports programs and we
continued working on coloring the picture.He had all of his meals and medications and is now
watching tv.Ilene
