Hi, Mr Dancys day started around 7:30 am, after a trip to the bathroom it was time for breakfast. I took Mr Dancy to senior services at 9:30 and picked him up at 3:57 he had a good
supper and had his medications and is watching tv. Ilene

Hi, Mr Dancys' day started at 7:30 am. I assisted him in a shower, sitz bath and back-rub. after
breakfast we went for a walk.We went over for bible study at the model home,we watched a
movie and had a discussion on bible material,Mr Dancy commented on the bible lesson.He had a
good full day.Ilene

Hi, I picked Mr Dancy up this afteroon at 4:01.He ate his supper around 5:30 and consumed
About 95% of his meal,he had his medication and is now watching tv.Ilene
