Tired and stated that he would finish the picture another time.He had all of his meals and med-

Hi, Mr Dancys day started at 7:am ,after a trip to the bathroom it was time for breakfast.I took
Mr Dancy to senior services at 9:30 and picked him up at 3:57.He ate all of his supper and took

Hi, Mr Dancy was up most of the night,after 1:am he was up 4 times after the last time he was up was 4:30 am.He said that he was looking for the keys to his car to go for a drive.He
didnt want to go back to bed so i turned the tv on and put a blanket over him in the recliner. He
slept there until 6:30 am and i assisted him in getting ready for the day.He worked a little on
the magnetic map and did some coloring but he was so sleepy he slept more than usual.He is
doing fine, still a little groggy but had a good day.ate all of his meals and medications.Ilene
