Hi Mr Dancy had a good day and week,He seemed more alert and seemed to have more energy.The day started off
with a good shower and breakfast.He also rested well last night only getting up once to go to the bathroom.it was
sunny here today,we went out for a walk ,however it was colder than expected.later,we played a game of bingo,Mr
Dancy watched tv for awhile.He had all his meals and medication for the day,all in all ,a good day.Ilene Simmons

''Mr Dancys' Day''
Hi,Mr Dancy rested well last night only getting up once to go to the bathroom.He was up this morning around 7:30.
He had breakfast and later i took him to senior services.I picked him back up this afternoon,We returned to Mr dancys' home and prepared him to go to the salem dining hall for music,wine,cheese and dinner.He said he enjoyed
his day.He had all his meals and medication for the day.Ilene Simmons

''Mr Dancys' Day''
Hi, Mr Dancy was up only once last night and that was to go to the bathroom.He was up this morning at around 7:45
After washing up he was ready for breakfast,later we went for a walk.We played checkers and Mr Dancy watched tv
and listened to music.Around 6:30 i took Mr Dancy down to the card room,where he watched them play pinochle,it
was nice and warm outside after we left,i believe he enjoyed the extra walk.He had all his meals and medications,all

Hi, Mr Dancy had a nice quite day,He had his shower this morning and afterwards a good breakfast.He was up last
night one time and that was to go to the bathroom.We went for a walk after lunch and later played a game of checkers.Mr Dancy watched tv for awhile and listened to music.The nurse came by ,she examined Mr Dancy and
gave him his b-12 shot.She took his blood pressure and it was 110/60 ,a little low.She said we would continue to
monitor his pressure,if it drops below 60, medication may have to be adjusted. Mr Dancy had all his meals and
medication.Ilene Simmons
