Hi, Mr Dancys day started at 7:30 am,after a shower, sitz bath and back-rub it was time for
Breakfast. We went for a short walk early because it was too hot for Mr Dancy to be out in the
heat.The nurse came for a visit,she checked his temp, BP,pulse,listened to his lungs and gave him his vitamin b-shot,she said he was doing very well.his activities for the day are....walking,
conversation,put a shrek puzzle together and framed it and also Mr Dancy put the magnetic
puzzle pieces of the US together.Ilene

Hi, I picked Mr Dancy up from senior services this afternoon at 4:08.Around 5:30 Mr Dancy
Had supper and consumed 95% of his meal,he had his medication and is now relaxing by the
TV.Ilene

breakfast. we went for a walk early in the morning to beat the heat.Mr Dancys' activities for the
day are..walking,conversation,matching magnetic pieces to the map of the US, and watching
some tv.He consumed 100% of his meals today and had all of his medications.Ilene
