Dad's Visit from the Go Program

The physician's assistant came to visit Dad today. She asked Dad some memory questions. She asked him to name some animals. He mentioned polar bear twice, bear, some others, then said Christmas Tree. twice He mentioned places he lived, Norfolk, Chicago, Washington. He said he liked Washington the best. The doctor may increase his Namenda. She said a normal dose was 2x a day. (He takes one dose a day). She also watched how he walked and seemed to think he walked fine.

It was a nice visit. The PA will come back again in six months.

Hi, Mr Dancys' day started with a shower,sitz bath and back-rub.Later in the morning he had a good breakfast. His activities for the day are...walking,word search,looking at photos and watching tv.He had all his meals and medications and is doing well.Ilene Simmons
