Am.I assisted him in the bathroom before he
Had breakfast and went to physical therapy
With Cathy. I picked him up around 4:45
Pm. Mr Dancys appetite was good today
Eating 95% for the two meals.Mr Dancy is
Relaxing by the tv at this time.Ilene

Hi, Today Mr Dancy was up at 7:30 am,
After a trip to the bathroom it was time
For Breakfast. We went for a walk early
And later decorated some easter eggs.
Mr Dancys appetite was good today eating
100% of the three meals.He seemed more
Alert today and had a nice quiet evening.At
This time Mr Dancy is relaxing by the tv.

Hi, Today was shower day Mr Dancy had
His shower,sitz bath, back-rub and skin
Care this morning at the usual time 7:30
Am. We went for a walk after lunch and
Later did some clay shapes and hidden
Object book. Mr Dancys appetite was good
Today eating 95%. he took some naps on
And off and seemed tired most of the day.
He slept well the past night and we also
Practiced the recommended exercises.at

Back at Mr Dancys home at 5:15
He ate supper earlier,i fixed him a
Snack and he is now relaxing by the
