Hi, Mr Dancy slept well last night,he was up this morning at 7:30 am,I assisted him with a sitz-
bath, shower and back - rub.He still has a little rash on his back i applied the appropriate ointment and medicated powders to the affected area.We went for a walk and Mr Dancy said
that he was tired so we cut the walk short.We worked on a word search and later Mr Dancy watched some tv. He ate well today and had his medication.Ilene

Hi,Mr Dancys day started at 7:am,after a trip to the bathroom it was time for breakfast.I took
Mr Dancy to senior services at 9:30 and picked him up at 3:50.He ate a good supper around
5:30 and is now watching tv.Ilene

Hi, Mr Dancys day started at 7:30 am,after a trip to the bathroom it was time for breakfast.We
went for a walk early this morning,After lunch we did a word search puzzle and later Mr Dancy
watched some tv.He is sleeping better at night and eats 100% of his meals.Ilene

Hi, Mr Dancys day started at 7:30 am,I asisted him with a shower, sitz bath and back-rub.
After breakfast we went for a walk.We didnt get to go to bible study,no one showed up to
open the model home.Mr Dancy is resting well at night getting up once to go to the bathroom.
He is eating good and taking in plenty of fluids.He had a rash on his back ,i applied some of the
Antibiotic cream ,it looks better.He did some coloring on the picture and watched tv.He had
his medication and is now relaxing in the tv room.Ilene
