Hi, Mr Dancy was up this morning at 7:30
Am, I assisted him in the bathroom with
Skin care,shower,sitz bath, and a back..
Rub. We went for a short walk before
The nurse arrived. We also did our
Exercise routine. Activities for the day
Are,walking,conversation and puzzles.
Mr Dancy ate well today,100%.
