''Mr Dancys' Day''

Hi, Mr Dancys' day stared at 7:30 am,after a trip to the batroom mr Dancy had a good breakfast
and was ready to go to senior services.We arrived a t senior services at 9:35,i picked Mr Dancy
back up at 3:50.Around 5:30 he had supper and consumed 100% of his meal,he is now watching
discovery channel.He had all of his meals and medications and is doing fine.Ilene Simmons

Hi, Mr Dancy had a restful night and a good day,He was up this morning at 7:30,he had a shower and sitz bath and backrub.later in the morning he had a good breakfast at the dining
hall (mens' breakfast).later we went over to the model home for bible study.his activites are..
walking,conversation,bible study,breakfast at the dining hall and watching tv.he had all his meals and medications and is alert and doing fine.Ilene Simmons

Hi, Mr Dancy had a good evening,he ate 100% of his meal and had his medication.before going to bed i will give him a backrub and sitz bath.he is watching tv and has been alert and seems to have a lot of energy.Ilene Simmons

Dad did fine last weekend. We went out to dinner on Saturday and had swordfish with bean salsa. Dad did not eat much of the fish, but he ate his carrots and cake and some of his salad.

However on Sunday he developed an uncontrollable diarrhea. Bettie stayed with him in the afternoon and he had another episode then. Later that evening he had a third episode. Dad said he wanted to die. But he did not look in any pain; however, the diarrhea must have been burning to say the least. (there must be something going on--I have an achiness in my abdomen as well, not sure if it is related or different, but I didn't have diarrhea, but constipation).

I did not give him his Senna last night, may withhold it one more evening.

He is eating okay this morning. Maybe I will serve him some chicken noodle soup for lunch. I am keeping him home from Senior Services to make sure he is alright.

Hi, Mr Dancy had a nice quite day,his day started with a shower,sitz bath ,and back rub,followed
by a good breakfast.He slept well last night not getting up at all. His activities for the day are.......
walking, conversation,a bingo game,looking at photos and watching tv.He is doing very well. Mr
Dancy had all his meals and medication.a good day! Ilene Simmons

Hi, Mr Dancy was up this morning at 7:30,We went to salem dining hall for breakfast(breakfast
bunch).We left there at 9:30 to go to senior services.I picked Mr Dancy back up at 4:pm.We
arrived back here at Mr Dancys home at 4:30.He had a good supper,ate 100%.He has been
sleeping very well ,getting up only once last night. He had his meals and medications and is doing
well.Ilene Simmons

Hi, I picked Mr Dancy up at senior services at 4:15 we arrived back at Mr Dancys' home by 4:35,he had suppper
around 5:30,he ate 100% of his meal ,the dining hall prepared oyster soup and he enjoyed the shrimp dinner and the
soup.he had his medications and is relaxing by the tv.Ilene Simmons

Dad's Weekend

We had a nice weekend. We ate dinner at the dining hall on Saturday: Chicken, sweet potatoes and vegetables. They had strawberry shortcake for dessert. I liked it so much I fixed strawberries with biscuits on Sunday!

On Sunday we went to Church then Bettie stayed with Dad while I went jogging. Later we just sat and watched some shows on TV. I had to turn on the air conditioning.

Dad went to the Dermatologist today and had some pre-cancerous spots near his right ear froze. He will go back again in July.

9:oo am,she gave Mr Dancy his b-12 shot and examined his ankles for signs of edema.his bp was good 140/80.she said

breakfast with the ''Breakfast Bunch'',he enjoyed the breakfast and conversation.He had a good restful night also.
His activities for the day are...walking,conversation,reading from the scriptures,and watching tv.he said his back
hurt,so i gave him a back rub with the medicated ointment and rubbed his knees also,he said he felt better afterwards.He had all of his meals and medications and had a good day.Ilene Simmons
